Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Castle Kitchen Double Decedent Dark Hot Chocolate mix
  • 2 ¼ cup gluten free flour (or regular flour)
  • 1 cup softened butter (or non dairy butter)
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs (or egg replacers)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 electric mixer

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients together, except the chocolate chips. Mix at medium speed.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips
  3. Drop 2 heaping teaspoons of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 375° for 12 minute
  5. Enjoy

Notes

TOP TIP: Feel free to add coconut or walnuts in place of the chocolate chips.
