Cocoa Mixes

There are no dairy, nuts, or gluten ingredients in our cocoa mix products.

Our manufacturing facility has an allergen control program in place and comply with Canadian and US regulations. Allergens present in our manufacturing facility are milk, soy, and fish. This allergen control program includes, but is not limited to, the training of personnel, supplier approval, raw material labelling and segregation, sanitation practices, colour coding of utensils, label verification, and production equipment inspections.

The products our supplier provides to the food industry are packaged and monitored under safe, sanitary conditions in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and all applicable Health Canada, CFIA and FDA regulations. They are a licensed facility in compliance with both the Safe Food for Canadians Act and Food Safety Modernization Act.  They are a BRCGS Certified monitored facility and maintain quality assurance and food safety systems that are audited regularly to ensure compliance.

Please note, even though we do not contain the above-mentioned ingredients, anyone with “ severe” allergies should be aware that our facilities are not “certified” from those allergens and we highly recommend that you not consume our products.
