Method
- Combine crust ingredients in a bowl
- Transfer to a springform pan. Pat down with a spoon to the edges
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add icing sugar and hot chocolate. Mix until smooth
- Add almond milk and coconut cream slowly until smooth and fluffy
- Fold in the marshmallows. Pour into pan with prepared crust
- Freeze for minimum of 4 hours
Notes
TOP TIP: Set aside 3 tbsp of dry crumbs to sprinkle on top of the cheesecake. Don't forget to drizzle chocolate syrup on top!
