- Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Stir in maple syrup and almond butter. You may have to mix with your hands at this point (yes your hands will get messy)
- Combine the ingredients until you can roll them into balls.They should be approximately 1" in diameter
- Refrigerate for 1 week in an airtight container
- Get together with your workout buddy and Enjoy

You can store them in an air tight container in the freezer for a longer period. Thaw time is approximately 10 minutes.
