Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Castle Kitchen Double Decedent Dark Hot Chocolate mix
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 sticks  melted buttery baking stick
  • 2 eggs (or egg replacer)
  • cup  gluten free 1 to 1 flour
  • 1 cup  semi sweet chocolate chip
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows for the topping

Equipment

  • 1 9×13 pan
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°
  2. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan
  3. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients until well blended
  4. Add to greased pan
  5. Bake for 35 minutes
  6. Allow the brownies to cool or enjoy them while warm. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week (if they last that long!)
